Learning outcomes:
Human Resources Management: After successfully completing this module, students will: - be able to name the tasks of personnel management, - be able to explain specific legal regulations for aviation (e.g. co-determination) in the field of personnel management, - be familiar with personnel management instruments and be able to apply them to simple problems, - be familiar with Hofstede´s cultural dimensions and be able to transfer them to a multinational cockpit crew. Organization: After successfully completing this module, students will: - be able to present and explain the principles of human behavior in a company, - know about the interaction between the individual and an organization, - be able to explain the efficiency of different forms of organization, - be able to apply simple models of organizational change and organizational development to questions of organizational change in the field of aviation.
