The goal of this module is to impart knowledge about the structure of contracts for construction work and services. After successfully completing this module, students will be able to develop, negotiate, conclude and implement work contracts, both on the part of the client and the contractor.

- Structure and principles of public procurement law
- Construction contracts and contracting structures
- Amendments to price in the event of a change in performance
- Costs of disrupted construction operations
- Site measurements and billing
