Module content: _ The theoretical / statistical principles of traffic flow. _ Calculating the performance of routes and junctions according to the Handbook for the Design of Road Traffic Facilities (HBS 2015). _ Principles of controlling intersections with traffic signal systems _ Creating a signal layout plan, calculating intergreen times, phase sequences, signal schedules, fixed-time programs _ Principles of traffic-dependent control methods, creating a control logic, green wave. Manual processing and processing using calculation programs. _ Introduction to the simulation of traffic flows using simulation software [updated 28.09.2020] |
