Students will gain a basic understanding of the function and mechanisms of civil law, and will become acquainted with the major provisions of general contract law and the most important types of contracts used in business environments. By receiving practical examples throughout the course, students will learn the correct way to incorporate statutory requirements into their later professional activities.
