Learning outcomes:
In this course, students will train their communicative, organizational and social skills in a project team and acquire expertise both in terms of managing a study project and in their chosen subject area. Study Project and Practical Project 1: The objective is to help students gain theoretical and practical experience with respect to a current topic from the healthcare sector. The first semester is devoted to formulating projects and the systematic study of research literature and institutional framework conditions. Study Project and Practical Project 2: Project participants will deepen the concepts developed in the previous semester. Depending on their chosen topic, students will plan/organize a research workshop or prepare a specialist publication on their topic.
