Learning outcomes:
Risk Management: After successfully completing this course, students will be familiar with the topic of risk management, with a focus on the concept of risk and the risk process. They will be familiar with methods of risk analysis (identification, evaluation, assessments)with a focus on the health care sector and will be able to apply them in practice. In addition, Students will also be familiar with methods of risk management and risk controlling and will be able to apply them in practice. They will be able to formulate practice-related risks for the safety of patients and be familiar with possible solutions for dealing with them. Change Management: After successfully completing this module, students will be familiar with exemplary approaches to change management: From theory to practice: How are models implemented in practice? Students will have acquired practical experience and thus, be familiar with possibilities for implementation.
