Students will learn about important aspects of corporate management from the employees’ perspective. Topics covered include legal matters, personnel management and employee motivation. After completing this course, students will be acquainted with the most important aspects of employment law, the methods used in managing and motivating employees and their consequences, and time-management strategies for dealing effectively with bottlenecks.
